Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the University's Human Resources and Equal Opportunity programs. Advise the AVP/CHRO and executive administration on workforce strategy, policy implications, and HR planning. Lead HR units focused on process improvement, compliance, and staff development while supervising Title IX, EEO/ADA, and Systems Compliance functions. Serve as Acting CHRO in the Chief's absence and represent HR on institutional and system-wide initiatives. Develop and manage the University's Affirmative Action Plan, serve as liaison to civil rights agencies, and oversee discrimination, harassment, and ADA investigations.
